He doesn’t care about the Cowboys or the Broncos.
He’s not a basketball fan either.
Nor is he a baseball fan.
In fact, God isn’t much a fan of any particular sports team, city, group of people, or set of one belief over another.
He’s God… doesn’t matter who wins or loses, he wanted to to be that way so it is.
So when a pastor gets up on TV and says that his God needs a certain candidate to win because other Gods want the other guy to win, he’s either professing some type of multi-tiered polytheism, or he’s an idiot. I’m guessing its the latter for this guy…
Besides, if God cared about sports or politics, would we have had to suffer through 8 years of George W. Bush, and would be have ignored my prayers for 30 years and negelcted to give my Washington Wizards a championship?
